ONLINE COUNSELLING

Online Counselling is the same as talk-based therapy, but conducted through video conference. We chat using Meets using the camera and microphone. Using Meets is as easy as clicking a link (I send you instructions shortly before the session).

ONLINE COUNSELLING MAY BE SUITABLE IF YOU:
  • don’t feel comfortable talking face-to-face

  • want to stay in the comfort of your own home

  • are short on time

  • need to talk after hours

  • don’t have access to a nearby counsellor

  • need to care for your kids

HOW DOES ONLINE COUNSELLING WORK?

Much like traditional counselling, Online Counselling is a therapeutic conversation with a professional counsellor.  It’s a space where you can bring up aspects of your life you find troubling.

Through Online Counselling, you can begin to work through thoughts and feelings that may be getting in the way of living a happy and productive life.

Online Counselling is a video conference session. We chat using the camera and microphone on our devices and we organise a time that works for you. Please be aware that I'm working on AWST time, 

 

Using Google Meets is as easy as clicking a link (I will send you instructions shortly before the session).

In order to gain the most from the online session, you need a quiet and comfortable place, where you can be alone and your need for privacy is respected.
