I support young adults navigating the complexities of emerging adulthood,  and offer sessions oudoors such as Walk & Talk Therapy, for those who find comfort and connection in natural settings.

Alongside individual counselling, I offer couple counselling, professional supervision for practitioners and counselling students, as well as individuals funded through the NDIS who are seeking therapeutic support aligned with their goals.

Whether you prefer the calm of a therapy room, outdoors or the flexibility of online sessions, I provide counselling tailored to your needs. Based in Girrawheen, I work with clients locally in Perth’s northern suburbs and across Australia through secure platforms.
