Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) packages help older adults regain independence, maintain wellbeing, and adapt after illness, injury, or functional decline.
As a Level 4 registered ACA counsellor, I provide compassionate, tailored counselling for STRC clients in Perth. My role is to support older adults with challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, family stress, or adjustment to age-related changes. Counselling within the STRC program can make recovery smoother and help clients maintain their independence at home.
