HOW TO GET READY FOR YOUR ONLINE COUNSELLING SESSION

Access professional online counselling sessions via video conference, designed to support your mental wellbeing, manage anxiety and stress, and improve relationships.

Our online sessions are conducted using Google Meet, allowing you to connect securely from your own device with camera and microphone. We will arrange a time that suits you, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

To get the most out of your online counselling:

  • Set up a quiet, comfortable space where you can be alone.

  • Ensure your privacy is respected during the session.

  • Join the session via the link sent shortly before your appointment.

Please note that I work according to the AWST time zone.
